Always dated
Every price will say how many players scanned it and how long ago. A price from one scanner is labelled as one scanner’s.
Beta and launch kept apart
Beta prices close with the beta on October 21, 2026. Launch prices start from zero on November 4, 2026.

Where will prices in WoW: Forever come from?
From auction house scans made by players who use the GoldCap addon and Companion. Each price will show how many scanners saw it and how long ago.
Does GoldCap work in the WoW: Forever beta?
The addon’s Forever build is being tested in the beta: it scans the auction house, prices tooltips and bags, and posts from the Sell tab. Beta prices are kept apart from launch prices.
When do prices appear?
As soon as a player with the addon scans the auction house. Beta prices stay with the beta; launch prices start from zero on November 4, 2026.
Are Forever prices mixed with Classic Era or Retail?
No. Forever prices will come only from WoW: Forever scans, never mixed with Classic Era or Retail.
