Renewals
Renewal payments (the automatic monthly or yearly charges after your first purchase) are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel beforehand to avoid them. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly, reach out — we review these case by case and aim to be fair.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or use the receipt from Creem (our payment provider) to contact Creem support. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Creem.
