1. The service
goldcap.gg is an analytics and alerting tool for World of Warcraft auction-house market data. It provides price tracking, deal and trend discovery, a crafting profit calculator, Discord price alerts and related tools. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account, which you create by signing in with Discord. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to subscribe to a paid plan.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, resell or redistribute the data or content other than for your own use;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Subscriptions, billing and payment
Paid plans (“Pro”) are sold on a recurring monthly or yearly subscription. Orders and payments are processed by Creem, who act as the Merchant of Record / authorized reseller for purchases made through the Service. Creem’s Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Creem at checkout.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Market data is provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We make no guarantee of profit or of the availability or accuracy of any data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, goldcap.gg is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
