How this list is made. By default, the cheapest way from skill 1 to 300 with the recipes below, from every source. A recipe with a cooldown, or with a reagent that has no price yet, is left out. A stretch that no recipe covers shows as a gap.

Questions
How this page is built
- Where do the recipes come from?
- Recipes, skill thresholds and reagents are the WoW: Forever client’s own, build 1.60.1.70009. New means Classic Era, build 1.15.9.69722, has no such recipe.
- When does a trainer teach a recipe?
- The client does not say at what skill a trainer teaches a recipe, so the route uses trainer recipes only from the skill where they turn yellow.
- How is a reagent priced?
- A reagent is priced at its AH value from players’ scans in the market above when that price is less than three days old. Otherwise at a vendor: what a vendor sells it for, or else what a vendor pays for it, which is the least it is worth.
- What does "pays for itself" mean?
- A step pays for itself when what it makes sells on the auction house, after the 5% cut, for at least what its reagents cost. We say so only when the result has a scan price and every reagent a scan or vendor price.
- Why is a recipe with a cooldown not in the route?
- A recipe with a cooldown is listed here with its cooldown but left out of the route, which crafts each recipe as many times in a row as it needs.
